Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At *SolarExperts*, we’re committed to delivering quality products and service. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. That’s why we have a clear Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy—with a few important conditions to ensure fairness for all.

*1. Product Inspections on Returns*
When a product is returned to us, it will first go through a full inspection by our Sales and Technical team. If we find any signs that the product has been tampered with, unfortunately, the warranty will be voided.

*2. Inverters and Unopened Products*
Inverters and other selected products may be eligible for a refund or replacement—but only if they’ve never been removed from their original packaging. Once opened or installed, different rules apply (see point 6).

*3. Warranty Seals Matter*
Most of our products come with specific warranty seals. If those seals have been broken or removed, the warranty and any refund or exchange policy will no longer apply.

*4. No OBF (Out of Box Failure) Claims for Used/Installed Items*
We don’t accept OBF claims for any product that’s been opened, used, or installed. That said, we do understand that special cases happen. Management may, at their discretion, approve a replacement under exceptional circumstances.

*5. Serial Numbers Must Match*
If you’re returning an item, the serial numbers on the box and the product itself must match the ones we have on record. This helps us verify the product was supplied by us and hasn’t been swapped or altered.

*6. Exchange Requests*
If you’re looking to exchange an item, we’ll review the request and, if approved, offer suitable options for a replacement.

*7. Refunds & Credit Notes*
Once your return has been inspected and approved, we’ll issue either a refund or a credit note, depending on the agreement.

*8. Return Shipping*
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for their own courier service when sending items back. If you prefer that we handle the courier, we’ll deduct a shipping fee from your refund or charge it separately.

*9. Damaged Goods*
Please check your delivery as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, let us know within *7 working days* of receiving your order. After that period, the item will fall under the standard warranty process.

*10. Installed or Damaged Products*
*Strictly no refunds or exchanges* will be accepted for any product that has already been installed, scratched,
