Delivery Policy – SolarExperts
At *SolarExperts*, we strive to ensure your order reaches you as smoothly and efficiently as possible. Please take note of the following delivery terms:
*1. Responsibility & Risk*
Once an order leaves our premises, it is shipped *at the customer’s instruction and risk. This means that **ownership and responsibility transfer to the customer* once the goods have been handed over to the courier or collected directly.
*2. No Insurance on Shipments*
All orders are shipped *without insurance* by default. If you would like your order to be insured during transit, please let us know in advance so we can assist with a custom shipping arrangement.
*3. Completed Orders*
An order is considered *complete* once it has been collected by either the customer or the appointed courier service.
*4. Limitation of Liability*
*SolarExperts will not be held liable* for any loss or damage incurred during delivery due to theft, looting, hijacking, mishandling, fire, negligence, acts of nature (force majeure), or any circumstances beyond our control.
*5. Packaging for Fragile Items*
Items like *solar panels require extra packaging* for safe transit. Should you request delivery of such items, additional packaging fees may apply. We’ll communicate these costs clearly before dispatch.
*6. Delivery Timeframe*
We aim to deliver within *2–7 working days* for orders within South Africa, depending on your location and courier availability.
*7. National Delivery Only*
Currently, *we only deliver within South Africa*. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
*8. Customer Information & Availability*
Please ensure that your *full delivery address and contact details* are accurate at the time of order. It’s important that someone is available to receive the delivery during the estimated timeframe of **2–7 working days
