Warranty Policy – SolarExperts

At SolarExperts, we stand by the quality of our products and are committed to providing reliable support. To ensure the validity of your warranty, please take note of the following important conditions and guidelines:

*Warranty Eligibility – Inverters & Batteries*

To qualify for warranty coverage, all *inverters and batteries* must be installed by a *qualified electrical wireman or master electrician* who is *registered with the Department of Labour. The following documents are **required* for any warranty claim:

– A valid *Electrical Certificate of Compliance (COC)* specific to the solar or backup installation
– *Installation photos*
– Proof of installation by a qualified professional

Installations must comply fully with *SANS 10142 standards and all associated parts*. Failure to provide the above documents may result in your claim being rejected and the warranty being voided.

*Warranty Exclusions*

The warranty does *not* cover damage caused by:

– Power surges or voltage fluctuations (under-voltage or over-voltage)
– Lightning strikes
– Corrosion or sea spray
– Condensation or water ingress
– Dust, sand, or solid particles
– Insects or lizards
– Excessive heat or weather exposure
– Negligence by the installer or user
– Incorrect installation
– Inadequate surge protection or circuit protection
– Tampering or broken seals
– Dirty or clogged filters
