Check In Product for Private Repair


In order to book your product for repair, we require the following:


  • Invoice showing that the product has been purchased by SA Solar Experts.
  • Repair may take approximately 1 to 7 days.
  • When you come to collect your repaired items, you must come with the repair slip/invoice. Without the repair slip, you will not be able to collect the stock.
  • Before leaving our shop, make sure to test any repair items you collect.
  • Visiting our shop for repairs necessitates obtaining a repair slip from our worker.
  • When paying for repairs, you must pay at the cash counter.

Check In Product for Company Repair


In order to book your product for repair, we require the following:


  • Invoice showing that the product has been purchased by SA Solar Experts.
  • For any repair from day one, we have to book your repairs with the company.
  • Warranty is only for repairs. Repairs may take approximately 7 to 21 days.
  • Before leaving our premises, ensure that the battery and inverter are tested.
  • No warranty for water damage, broken products, or products without a barcode.
  • When you come to collect your repaired items, you must bring the repair slip or invoice. Without the repair slip, you will not be able to collect the stock.
